Refund Policy
At Pure Ivy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. While we hope you never need to return a product, we are committed to making the process as seamless and convenient as possible.
Returns:
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned after this period are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
If your refund does not appear within this timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider. Should the issue persist, please contact us directly.
Sale Items:
Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We will gladly replace items that are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same product, please email us at sales@pureivy.co.uk
Gifts:
- Items purchased as gifts and shipped directly to you will receive a gift credit equal to the returned item’s value.
- If the gift was not marked or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping:
To initiate a return, please email sales@pureivy.co.uk. Customers are responsible for return shipping, which is non-refundable. Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on location.
